Location close to many restaurants, and downtown shopping. Nearby Jeffrey Adams on Fourth - great place to chill out. The rooms were good-sized and the staff was excellent! Comfy beds in the rooms.

The room was nicely furnished and reasonably large with hairdryers, a walk-in shower, and towels in the private bathroom. The location was central, favourable right in the heart of downtown.

The staff were knowledgeable and extremely friendly and the location was magnificent right in the heart of downtown. Moreover, it was so close to great restaurants and shops and restaurants nearby and the center of town.

The room we had included a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe. The location for Winston-Salem was awesome, very close to downtown shopping and dining, and nice restaurants. There was Jimmy John's nearby to grab something to eat.

I recently stayed at a hotel in downtown and had a great time. The location was perfect, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy mattress that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. I also enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which had delicious appetizers. it was a fantastic experience.

I was a bit disappointed that there was no fridge or microwave in the room.

Comfy location of the hotel to everything we wanted to check out downtown. What's more, it was not far from restaurants, shops & craft breweries and bars and restaurants and downtown shopping and dining.

I didn't like that there was no water pressure.

It's very close to the restaurant and bar, the center of town, and shops and restaurants. Overall awesome food, plus there is Katharine Brasserie and Bar close by...

The room at Indigo was beautifully furnished and had an amazing view! The location was perfect, close to all the places we wanted to visit. The staff, especially Jordan, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even took the time to chat with us and give us recommendations for other restaurants in the area. The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, making us feel comfortable and welcome. I highly recommend staying at Indigo for a fantastic experience in Winston-Salem.

Drawbacks: The only downside was that the sheets were a little thin and the fitted bed sheet kept popping off the sides.

Location: the hotel was just off a nearby restaurant, and the center of town. We had goodies and coffee at Courtside Cafe, it was located close to the venue.

Nicely furnished and large rooms were facing city. I found the hotel's location marvellous and magnificent, really close to the restaurant and bar as well as downtown shopping and dining. It also was right in the heart of downtown.

The staff at Hotel Indigo were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and had a modern, hip design. The location in downtown Winston was perfect and within walking distance of many great restaurants and attractions. We couldn't think of a better place to stay while visiting Winston-Salem.

Great place for exploring Winston-Salem. Reasonably large room and central heating, a private safe and flat-screen television inside. Marvellous and excellent location, 5 mins walk to city center. Restaurants and bars inside the hotel.

Staff was welcoming, kind and professional. Hotel was clean, comfortable and hip. Free breakfast at the restaurant was fantastic. Perfect downtown location for visiting WS.

I really enjoyed the room, the bed was comfy. Hairdryers, a walk-in shower and towels was a plus. The hotel had a central location and it was not too far from Benton Convention Center.
